Brent Wisner has spearheaded a range of class action and multi-district litigations against major pharmaceutical and chemical companies. In the pharmaceutical sector, R. Brent Wisner secured a multi-million-dollar jury verdict for injuries tied to the generic version of the brand-name drug Paxil.
Other highlights of Mr. Wisner’s career include serving on all three of the first cancer legal teams for trials related to Monsanto Roundup. As co-lead trial counsel for the first of these trials, he represented and advised groundskeeper Dewayne “Lee” Johnson to a $289 million verdict in his favor. While serving as co-lead trial counsel for the third Monsanto case, he secured an even larger verdict of $2 billion.
